1. Can you accept the custom small order quantity?
Yes .Our MOQ is 2 pieces per design for fully sublimation products according to your artwork and size chart .

2. Can you make the color as we need?
Yes, you can appoint the color you need for the hoodie. Give the PMS color number to us. If the quantity you need is small, we can provide the fabric color card for your selection. If the quantity is big, we can custom made the fabric as the Pan-tone color you need.

3. How about custom logo?
We will use different printing method on the basis of your design, material, your logo and etc. we can make the logo by screen printing, heat transfer printing, thermos printing, offset printing emboss printing.

4. Can you help for design?
Yes, We have our own designer, you can give your logo and idea to us, we can assist the design work. provide several design for your reference.

5. How can I get the sample?
After approval the design, material and printing method. You pay the sample cost, then, we will make the sample for you, give the photos of the sample first once we finished it, if you feel good, we will send the sample to you, you can check all the details. Then, we can arrange the mass production after the sample approved.

6. How can I control the quality of the goods?
Yes, We have our own designer, you can give your logo and idea to us, we can assist the design work. provide several design for your reference.

7. What about the warranty ?

We cannot guarantee you that we should make no mistake but there is one thing for sure that we will do our best to solve the problems concerning the products by reducing the mistakes to the minimum.
