A1: Yes, you can provide samples to you to determine the quality and style,but this generally requires you to bear the sample cost and freight, after confirming the order can be returned to the sample cost or directly offset part of the new order cost.
Q2: What is your delivery time?
A2: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Generally, for small batch orders, we can ship within 3-7 days, and for  large batch orders, we can ship in about 15-45 days.

A4: Yes, of course. Once more than 500 pairs, then we can customize your logo on shoes. The logo can be added to the tongue and sides of the shoe,as well as the high heels of the shoe, or to a custom shoe box.
Q5: Can we use self-specified materials and styles to customize shoes? Support OEM or ODM orders?
