Friendly reminder about shipping and tax fees

 1. How do we calculate shipping fees and taxes

For large-scale products: The prices and shipping costs we display are estimated based on the major developed cities in your country and are for reference only.

Since we cannot obtain your exact delivery address before you consult us, we are unable to calculate the accurate delivery cost in advance. Especially for large items such as furniture, the shipping costs vary greatly depending on the delivery location.

Please contact our customer service before checking out and provide your complete shipping address. We will calculate the accurate shipping fee, local taxes, and estimated delivery time for you, and recommend suitable transportation terms, including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), DAT (Delivered At Terminal), and FOB (Free On Board).

 2. Logistics and Tracking Arrangement

Small items: They will be delivered by AliExpress's official logistics or China Post, and full tracking services will be provided.

Large furniture products: They will be transported via reliable sea freight.

Once the goods are dispatched, we will send you a traceable tracking number, tracking website, vessel name, and voyage number. We will also proactively update you on the latest shipping progress every week.

✨ Provide customized services

Basic customization: completely free of charge, no additional fees

For special non-standard customization needs, we will draft a detailed execution plan and clearly list all additional costs for your confirmation.

After you confirm the final customized plan and total cost, we will send you a personalized payment link to securely complete your order.

⚠️ Important reminder

After completing the payment, please pay attention to the message we send via the AliExpress inbox. Before arranging for shipment, we may need to double-check the product details or notify you of production matters.

If you don't frequently check messages on AliExpress and are accustomed to using WhatsApp or email, please provide your alternative contact information so that we can easily reach you.
