1. Damage Claim Policy
All products are fragile. If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours of signing for the package. To facilitate the claim process, you must provide the following photos: package photo, damaged product photo, outer packaging photo, and shipping label photo.
Please note: We are unable to determine the liability for damage and will not process any claims submitted after the 48-hour timeframe. No exceptions!
2. Inspection for Domestic Forwarding Warehouses
If your order is delivered to a domestic forwarding agent/warehouse (authorized by you), please ask the warehouse to inspect the goods upon receipt. We support returns or exchanges for issues such as damage, deformation, missing items, or wrong items reported during the warehouse inspection.
Failure to report any issues upon receipt will be deemed as confirmation that the goods are intact by the forwarding agent.
