Installation Instructions
1. Before installation, you must read this manual carefully, cut off the relevant power supply and must be installed by professionals.
2. The water flow direction must be the same as the arrow direction on the valve body.
3. The valve body must be located above the fan water tray to ensure that dripping water falls into the water tray.
4. The valve body and driver must be installed within the range of ±60° in the vertical direction, and there should be at least 30MM space above it for disassembly, and the surrounding pipes, equipment, and buildings must maintain sufficient maintenance and operation space, and must be installed in the place where maintenance personnel can reach through the manhole.
5. Two and more than two electric valves cannot be connected in parallel, if they need to be connected in parallel, they should be isolated with relays.
6. Install the driver after the valve body is installed and the pipeline is tested.
7. If the driver has been installed on the valve body, then the driver must not be forced during installation and debugging, otherwise the driver will be damaged.
8. The drive can not be wrapped with thermal insulation material, otherwise it will affect its heat dissipation.
9. The driver must be reliably grounded through a wire of no less than 1.5MM², and other lines should meet the relevant standards of electricians.
10. After the installation is completed and checked correctly, the sewage power commissioning should be carried out, and at least three complete operating cycles of the driver should be observed to determine the normal and correct position of all components.
11. After no water commissioning is qualified, water commissioning is carried out. The pressure difference between the upper and lower water of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15MPA to ensure the effectiveness of the electric valve on the water flow switch.
