A:If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Dept. will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings, etc. Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.

Q: Can I request a refund if I don't like it?
A: Sorry, this is a customized product, we will send you a real picture for confirmation before shipment, once the production is arranged, except for quality problems, no refund will be accepted.
