Pre-Notice of Normal Craft Features

 

1. Fine surface texture creases on shoe side & heel

These shoes are integrally molded with EVA foam by injection foaming technology. During high-pressure demolding and cooling shaping, stress texture micro-cracks may occur on the curved stress areas of shoe side and heel. These marks only exist on the surface layer instead of structural cracks. The inner structure of the shoe remains intact and sturdy. It will not affect load bearing, waterproof performance, wearing experience or service life.

2. Residual tiny burrs after edge trimming

Natural flash and foam burrs will be produced after EVA demolding. We have finished manual trimming for all products before shipment. A tiny amount of residual fluff may remain on some narrow corners, which can be easily trimmed off with scissors. This is not a product defect.

3. Hand-painted Side Decal Instruction

The colored decorative patches on the shoe side are finished by manual spraying. Due to manual operation, slight uneven coating thickness or minor edge overflow may occur on individual items. This is not a quality issue and will not affect the shoe’s structure, durability or wearing experience.
