Microwave Usage Tips: Flip ingredients during cooking for even, delicious results. Adjust heating time based on food weight

Fried Eggs: 500–1000W, cook for 3–5 minutes

Steak / Cod / Squid: 500–1000W, cook for 5–8 minutes

Shrimp / Pork Belly: 500–1000W, cook for 6–10 minutes

1 . Do not use continuously without cooling . Use for no more than 15 min , let it sit for 1 min after heating before opening lid , and wear gloves or use kitchen towel when removing lid .

2 . Fill ≤ 3cm in height . Avoid add too many ingredients . You can flatten or pre cook fluffy ingredient to reduce volume .

3 . Microwave power should not exceed 1000W . Preheating should not exceed 2 min to avoid overheating . If ingredients are thick , you can heat in stage , arrange food evenly .

4 . Disassemble and clean only after cooling down to avoid deformation of the silicone lid . Do not use metal brushes to scrub the aluminum coated plate to avoid scratching .

5 . Very small foods are not recommended .
