Q: Do I need additional software to play or burn Blu-ray discs?

A: Yes. Windows and macOS do not include native Blu-ray decoding capabilities. You will need third-party software such as VLC Media Player (free playback), BurnAware (free burning), PowerDVD (paid), etc. This product does not include software licenses.

Q: Can the SD card and TF card be used at the same time?

A: No. Only one card slot (SD or TF) can be used at a time, but either can work simultaneously with the USB ports.

Q: Does it require an external power adapter?

A: No. It is USB bus-powered-just connect it to a USB port on your computer, no power adapter needed.

Q: What should I do if my computer does not recognize the drive?

A: Try the following: change USB port , reconnect the cable , restart your computer, uninstall the drive from Device Manager and reconnect. If the issue persists, test it on another computer.

Q: Can it play Blu-ray discs from other regions?

A: The drive comes with a default region code matching the sales region. You can change the region code a limited number of times (usually 5) via the software, after which it becomes locked. For region-free playback, please purchase discs labeled "Region Free".
