Product Description The thermostatic mixing valve is a supporting product specially developed for hot water systems. It is widely applicable to electric water heaters, solar water heaters and centralized hot water supply systems. It can also be matched with electric water heaters and solar water heaters. Users can adjust the mixed temperature of cold and hot water according to their needs. The desired temperature can be reached and stabilized quickly to ensure a constant outlet water temperature, which is not affected by changes in water temperature, flow rate or water pressure. It solves the problem of fluctuating water temperature during bathing. When the cold water supply is cut off, the mixing valve will automatically shut off the hot water within a few seconds for safety protection.

Working Principle A thermal sensing element is installed at the mixed water outlet of the thermostatic mixing valve. By virtue of the characteristics of the thermal element, it pushes the spool inside the valve to move, so as to close or open the cold and hot water inlets. When cold water is closed, hot water will be opened accordingly. After a target temperature is set via the temperature control knob, the mixing ratio of cold and hot incoming water will adjust automatically regardless of changes in the inlet temperature and pressure of cold and hot water, keeping the outlet water temperature constant at all times. The temperature knob can be adjusted freely within the specified temperature range of the product, and the thermostatic mixing valve will maintain the outlet water temperature automatically.
